I just placed my order! Now what?

Orders will take 3-12 days to process. Shipping times will vary depending on which option you selected. Please note that due to COVID-19, your package may be delayed. We encourage you to keep Route insurance in your order to protect your shipment.

Do you have a brick and mortar storefront?

Yes! We have opened our storefront at Boxyard RTP. We're open Tuesdays-Saturdays 11am-7pm.

I live in the Triangle. Do I have to pay shipping?

Not necessarily. We offer free local pickup. Select local pickup at checkout. Please note that the address you will need to receive your order is 900 Park Offices Dr. #160. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is Route and why is it in my shopping cart?

Route is a third-party application that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged. If you do not opt into Route, your package will not be covered if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you are selecting local pickup, it is recommended for you to remove Route from your cart.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless item is damaged from transit.

To inquire about returning a damaged item, please email us at honeypress.nc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Customer pays for return shipping.

We do not offer local delivery.

Since I live in the area, can I just pick up my order?

Select local pickup at checkout. Please note that the address you will need to receive your order is 900 Park Offices Dr. #160. Orders will be fulfilled in at least 24 hours during business hours. 

I'm a designer and stationery maker! How can I get my products stocked in your store?

Please email me at honeypress.nc@gmail .com with your wholesale terms and catalog if you're interested in having your products on our shelves. You can also message Honeypress through Faire.
